Boosting MQL Collection in our Cvent Event
Platform
|
|
|
Following the successful implementation of the MQL checkbox on
our ON24 webinar registration page, we’ve now extended this functionality
to our hosted events platform — Cvent —
and applied it to event registration
pages. This enhancement will increase the number of MQLs collected from our
events.
The new field is available in Cvent and will be applied to the
registration form unless specifically requested otherwise. The system will
begin collecting MQLs once the registration page goes live. However, these
MQLs will not be processed and forwarded to Inside Sales until the day
after the event concludes to better align with the live event.
Please be aware that attendee and MQL data must still be
manually uploaded after the event using the external activities process.
This ensures we capture MQLs generated from the live event as well as those
from the registration form. Our system has safeguards to prevent duplicate
MQLs, so if someone checks the box and registers as an MQL at the event,
only one record will be created.
Any questions or feedback on this
please reach out to us here.

invoicing, along with overall best practices. The LinkedIn

(Insertion Order) ad account.
